- Orders under $100 USD:$4.99 flat rate for Standard Shipping

International Shipping (Worldwide):
- Orders over $100 USD:FREE Standard International Shipping
- Orders under $100 USD:$12.99 flat rate for Standard International Shipping

- Processing & Cut-Off Times
We pride ourselves on fast processing to get your order on its way.
- Order Processing:Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.
- Same-Day Shipping:We offer same-day processing for all orders placed before 2:00 PM EST.
- Next-Day Shipping:Orders placed after the 2:00 PM EST cut-off time will be processed the following business day.
- Peak Seasons:During new set releases or major sales, please allow for an additional 1-2 business days for processing due to high volume.

- International Shipping & Customs
Important Information for International Customers:
- The recipient of the package is responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, and any other fees levied by the destination country. Cardsord does not collect these fees at checkout.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
- All customs documentation will be filled out accurately with the true value of the items. We cannot mark packages as “gifts” or declare a lower value.
- Shipping Protection & Packaging
We treat every order like it’s our own prized collection.
- Secure Packaging:All orders are carefully packaged in appropriate mailers with protection to prevent damage during transit.
- High-Value Protection:High-value single cards and sealed products receive additional protective packaging to ensure they arrive in pristine condition.

- Lost or Damaged Packages
In the rare event that your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, we are here to help.
- Contact Us Promptly:Please contact our support team at support@cardsord.store within 7 days of the expected delivery date (for lost packages) or delivery date (for damaged packages).
- Provide Information:Include your order number and, for damaged items, clear photos of both the packaging and the damaged product.
- Our Process:We will promptly open an investigation and file a claim with the shipping carrier.
- Resolution:Once the claim is approved by the carrier, we will issue a replacement (if available) or a full refund.
