  • Orders over $100 USD:FREE Standard Shipping
  • Orders under $100 USD:$4.99 flat rate for Standard Shipping
  • Express Shipping Options:Available and calculated at checkout.

International Shipping (Worldwide):

  • Orders over $100 USD:FREE Standard International Shipping
  • Orders under $100 USD:$12.99 flat rate for Standard International Shipping
  • Expedited International Options:Available for select countries at checkout.
  1. Processing & Cut-Off Times

We pride ourselves on fast processing to get your order on its way.

  • Order Processing:Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.
  • Same-Day Shipping:We offer same-day processing for all orders placed before 2:00 PM EST.
  • Next-Day Shipping:Orders placed after the 2:00 PM EST cut-off time will be processed the following business day.
  • Peak Seasons:During new set releases or major sales, please allow for an additional 1-2 business days for processing due to high volume.

  • The recipient of the package is responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, and any other fees levied by the destination country. Cardsord does not collect these fees at checkout.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
  • All customs documentation will be filled out accurately with the true value of the items. We cannot mark packages as “gifts” or declare a lower value.

  1. Lost or Damaged Packages

In the rare event that your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, we are here to help.

  1. Contact Us Promptly:Please contact our support team at support@cardsord.store within 7 days of the expected delivery date (for lost packages) or delivery date (for damaged packages).
  2. Provide Information:Include your order number and, for damaged items, clear photos of both the packaging and the damaged product.
  3. Our Process:We will promptly open an investigation and file a claim with the shipping carrier.
  4. Resolution:Once the claim is approved by the carrier, we will issue a replacement (if available) or a full refund.
